For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the following definitions shall apply:
Privacy Notice: Refers to this document, which is made available to the DATA SUBJECT prior to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with Article 15 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Personal data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Sensitive personal data: Those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of the DATA SUBJECT, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for them. ARCO Rights: Refers to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition held by the DATA SUBJECT regarding their personal data.
Data Processor: The natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
Law: The Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and/or its Regulations.
Data Controller: inndot
Data Subject: The natural person to whom the personal data belongs.
Processing: The collection, use, disclosure, or storage of personal data by any means. Use encompasses any action of access, handling, management, transfer, or disposal of personal data.
This Privacy Notice is made available to the DATA SUBJECT in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as other applicable legal provisions.
inndot, acting as the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the personal data of the DATA SUBJECT who consents to this notice, hereby states the following. This is backed by our commitment to observe the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability in the processing of personal data, as well as the rights to privacy and informational self-determination:
1) The Company shall treat your information and personal data as confidential and shall maintain preventive measures aimed at protecting it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. It shall not disclose it for any purpose other than those established in this Privacy Notice. Your information will be treated as confidential and will be managed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, which may be updated to reflect changes in our data collection practices, information usage, and security matters.
2) The personal data processed by inndot, including the collection, use, disclosure, or storage of such data by any means of access, handling, management, transfer, or disposal, consists of those that you, as the DATA SUBJECT, have provided or may provide to inndot, as well as those to which inndot legitimately has access because they were provided for the purposes set forth below.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of some of the personal data referred to in this section:
1. Full Name
2. Company
3. Address
4. Work contact information, including phone number, email address, and others.
The above list shall be understood as illustrative but not restrictive of the personal data that will be processed by inndot, on the understanding that it concerns personal data of the same nature.
3) By accessing this website and accepting this Privacy Notice, you, as the DATA SUBJECT, expressly grant inndot your consent for the domestic and international transfer of your personal data, provided that the recipient of the data assumes the same obligations undertaken by inndot. Furthermore, inndot undertakes to transfer only such information as is necessary for the same purpose for which this notice is issued.
4) We may also share your information:
I. When any government authority or law enforcement official reasonably requests or requires such information;
II. When required by law or in response to a legal process;
III. When reasonably necessary to carry out a legal investigation.
5) inndot shall establish and maintain administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. These measures shall not be less than those maintained by inndot for the management of its own information.
6) In the event that changes are made to this Privacy Notice, inndot shall inform the data subject by means of a written notification that will be published on the website, or if applicable, via the email address previously provided by the DATA SUBJECT to inndot. If the DATA SUBJECT agrees to the modifications made to the Privacy Notice, they must deliver the document containing such modifications, duly signed, addressed to inndot within the following 5 business days.
7) Consent for the processing of personal data may be revoked by means of a written notice provided by the DATA SUBJECT, sent to the email address indicated in this Privacy Notice, stating the reasons for revoking such consent.
8) inndot shall handle requests for access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights), which shall be its responsibility. Its physical address is located at the address indicated at the beginning of this notice, and the email address for any questions or comments regarding this Privacy Notice has been previously designated.
